HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
With Other Users
Your profile information and content may be visible to other users on the platform. Brands can view creator submissions and profiles. Creators can view brand information and campaign requirements.
With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including:
Cloudflare (file and content storage)
Stripe (payment and payout processing)
Meta (ad management and analytics)
Resend (email delivery)
Supabase (authentication and database hosting)
We require all service providers to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards and to process personal information only as instructed by us and in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law.
With Brand Partners
Brands receive attribution and conversion data related to their own stores and campaigns, such as order values and traffic sources. This data does not include personally identifiable information of store visitors.
For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including Canadian courts, regulators, or law enforcement agencies. We will notify you of such requests to the extent permitted by law.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy.

SHOPIFY APP STORE COMPLIANCE
For merchants using our Shopify integration (available as a future platform feature), we additionally comply with Shopify's API Terms of Service and data protection requirements:
We only access and use merchant data as necessary to provide our Services
We protect merchant data with industry-standard security measures
We do not sell or share merchant data with third parties except as described in this policy
Merchants can request data deletion by disconnecting the integration or contacting us
We maintain data processing agreements with all sub-processors
All Shopify data handling complies with applicable Canadian privacy law and Shopify's Partner Program requirements
